Yii View Renderer 7.0

Major version of Yii View Renderer were tagged.

In this version package renamed from yiisoft/yii-view to yiisoft/yii-view-renderer and made several changes:

• only a full path can now be used as a layout;
• changed package configuration parameters viewPath and layout to null;
• refactored controller name extractor, now use greedy search of namespace items with "controller(s)" postfix.
