Yii Error Handler 3.3

Yii Error Handler package was updated with the following enhancements:

• add copy cURL button, sort request headers, fix UI;
• simplify error log;
• show full argument by click;
• remove @anonymous postfix;
• show arguments table by click;
• stop click event on text selection;
• do exit(1) after all shutdown functions, even postponed ones.
