Yii HTTP Application 1.1.0

Yii HTTP Application1.1.0 版本发布了。此版本包含以下更新：

• 引入 UnhandledRequestHandler （未处理请求处理器），并将 Application 中的 $fallbackHandler （备用处理器）设为可选参数；
• 将 composer.json 中的 PHP 版本约束修改为 8.1 - 8.4 ；
• 将最低 PHP 版本提升至 8.1；
• 将事件调度器（event dispatcher）设为可选；
• 用只读（readonly）属性重构类，并将 getter 方法标记为已过时（deprecated）。
